The origin of Vedic mathematics is from the fourth Veda named "Atharva Veda". Vedic mathematics is a system of mathematics consisting of a list of the basic 16 sutras. Vedic mathematics was introduced by a "Hindu scholar" of mathematics in the early 20th century. The calculation strategies provided by Vedic Maths are very creative and useful which can be applied in many ways to calculate various methods in Arithmetic and Algebra.
